Peter has over 30 years international experience as a business consultant, program director, project manager, educator and senior manager for many large organisations in both the public and private sectors.  He has held senior management positions in the Royal Navy, GEC, ICL, AAPT Cellular One, Synergy International and Secor consultancies; and run his own specialist DMS/GIS  consultancy and system integrator. Among his government clients are the governments of Great Britain, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Cyprus, Malaysia, Botswana, Qatar and Hong Kong.  He has undertaken work for major private companies, e.g. Woolworths, Du-pont, Mazda Cars, BT, Yorkshire Electricity and Pioneer Steel.
